Aims and Mission

1) To provide a confidential and supportive mechanism for addressing complaints of sexual harassment and gender discrimination.
2) To ensure a safe, equitable, and harassment-free environment for all members of the institution.
3) To promote awareness of gender equality and prevent misconduct through education and sensitization programs.
4) Enforce policies that prevent and address sexual harassment in accordance with the law and institutional guidelines (such as the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013).
5) Offer a fair and transparent process for the resolution of complaints, ensuring confidentiality and protection for the complainants.
6) Create a gender-sensitive campus culture by conducting workshops, seminars, and outreach activities to raise awareness and foster respect for all individuals.
