The National Service Scheme(NSS) unit at SPM College is a dynamic and vibrant part of the institution, dedicated to engaging students in meaningful social work during their free time. Established with the aim of fostering a sense of community service and social responsibility among students, the NSS unit conducts a plethora of activities throughout the year. Yoga Day Celebration, Enrolment Drive and Orientation, Swachhta Pakhwada and Cleanliness Drives, Awareness Rallies, Voter ID Registration and National Voter’s Day Celebration, Social Media Awareness Campaigns, NSS Day Celebrations, Run for Unity and Vigilance Week, Each One Teach One, Self-Defence Workshops, Clothes and Book Donation Drives,Cancer Awareness and Health Camps, Community Engagement. Through these diverse activities, the NSS unit at SPM College not only enhances the students' academic experience but also instils a sense of social responsibility and community service, preparing them to be conscientious and proactive citizens.
